Where will the driver meet me at the airport? How will I get in contact with them?

If you have scheduled a curb side pickup, your driver will meet you right outside the baggage claim area at the curb closest to the airport. The driver will send you a text message soon after your flight lands and when you’re ready to leave the terminal you can let them know. Otherwise, if you selected the 'Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim' option during your reservation then your driver will be waiting to meet you in person at your designated baggage claim location. They will be displaying a printed sign with your name.

Is my reservation pre-paid, or do I need to pay the driver after the service?

All reservations are paid for at time of booking via PayPal, so there is no payment process required when you reach your destination. Your booking is only confirmed when your card payment is approved, so there’s nothing further to worry about. As for the gratuity, you may either select a percentage during your online reservation which will be charged to the provided credit card, or you may choose to pay the gratuity to the driver in cash. The choice is yours.

Is this a shared ride service?

No, we only offer private rides. You and your party will always be the only passengers in the vehicle.

How do I get a price quote before I make my reservation?

All of our prices are available online and are easily accessed once the initial trip information is given to our reservation system. You can view the rates for your chosen trip before you enter any personal or payment information.

Do you offer an early morning or late-night airport service?

We do. In fact Black Crystal Transportation operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

Will it be the same driver for the roundtrip or two different drivers?

Usually we try to pair you with the same driver for both legs of a roundtrip, but due to scheduling constraints sometimes we might need to use two drivers.

If my flight is delayed or arriving early do I need to let anybody know?

We always appreciate it if you can give us a heads up about any changes in your flight, but we track flights in real time and will always do our best to make sure your driver is waiting for you at the airport when your flight lands.

Do you allow smoking or the drinking of alcohol in any of your vehicles?

For the comfort and safety of all our clients and our staff we operate a no-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Under California State Regulations the drinking of alcoholic beverages is only allowed in our stretch limousine.
